James has been an analyst at Delphi since 2008.  Prior to joining Delphi, he was a financial analyst at Enterprise Strategy Group, a technology consulting firm.  He began his career at ESG as an intern while earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Economics and Finance in 2008.  He helped build a sell-side institutional investor research practice at ESG, and it was during this time that he developed an interest in a career in the asset management industry.

James lives in Boston, and he is dedicated to helping the community.  He is a co-founder and Treasurer of the nonprofit organization Soccer1, which benefits youth sports in Boston.
