Before joining Delphi in 2008, Evan taught international politics as an Instructor for the U.S. Navy Expeditionary Combat Command in Norfolk,Virginia.  He received a BA in History and German (2001) and an MA in European History (2005) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, wrote his Master’s Thesis at the University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2005, and is ABD in International Relations from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, since 2008.  His key areas of analytical interest are aerospace/defense and international companies.

He enjoys working on boats and spending time with his family in his spare time, and is a board member of Artists for Advocacy International (AFAINT), a Virginia-based charity that works to fight poverty in Africa.
