Evan does Equity research and manages the Concentrated Mid-Cap portfolio.  His key areas of analytical interest are regional banks, specialty finance, technology, and aerospace/defense.  Evan is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston.

Before joining Delphi in 2008, Evan taught international politics as an Instructor for the U.S. Navy Expeditionary Combat Command in Norfolk,Virginia.  He received a BA in History and German (2001) and an MA in European History (2005) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, wrote his Master’s Thesis at the University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2005, and is ABD in International Relations from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, since 2008.

He enjoys working on boats and spending time with his family in his spare time, and is a board member of Artists for Advocacy International (AFAINT), a Virginia-based charity that works to fight poverty in Africa.
